Boiler service and breakdown-cover pricing in the UK is fragmented: an annual service ranges from £60 to £150 from a Gas Safe local engineer, while British Gas / HomeServe / OVO branded service plans bundle service plus parts cover at a higher monthly price. Most top-ranking pages are written by the major providers angling for the plan signup or by lead-aggregators angling for the local-engineer-finder fee. This site exists to publish defensible cost bands across the service / repair / breakdown-cover landscape with named sources for each.
